Branding update: Unifying our future under the Banqup brand

We are providing an important update on our ongoing journey to consolidate and unify our corporate and product brands under a single, globally cohesive identity: Banqup.
Our approach is intentionally split up into several phases. This method ensures service continuity, minimises disruption for our diverse customer base, and allows every customer - from the largest corporate client to a local SME - to transition smoothly to a stronger and more efficient digital future.
The corporate identity transition
The transition of our parent company's name is designed to align our corporate structure with our core product innovation.
The parent company listed on the stock exchange, formerly Unifiedpost Group SA (EBR: UPG), has been rebranded to Banqup Group SA (EBR: BANQ). This change has already been finalised. Banqup Group is the official identity for financial reporting and investor relations.
The payment identity transition
As part of our branding strategy, the group's regulated entity responsible for payment services has formally changed its name from Unifiedpost Payments SA to Banqup SA. This alignment reinforces our unified brand identity.This entity is now officially registered as Banqup SA in the EBA Payments Institutes Register.
The product transition
Historically, we served our diverse customers across Europe through distinct product brands of which the most notable are:
Unifiedpost for corporate clients: cross-border and large-scale e-invoicing and payments solutions
Crossnet (by Crossinx) for corporate clients mostly in the DACH region: cross-border and large-scale document exchange to facilitate order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Banqup for international SMEs: e-invoicing, payments and accountant collaboration outside Belgium
Billtobox for Belgian SMEs: e-invoicing, payments and accountant collaboration in Belgium
The decision has been made to consolidate all product streams: Unifiedpost (Corporate), Crossnet, Billtobox, and the original Banqup into one robust, unified platform known simply as Banqup. This product consolidation is currently in motion across all markets and customer segments.
The subsidiaries transition
As part of our commitment to a fully unified brand, the process of aligning all legal entity names across the Banqup Group is underway. Due to the necessary complexity and legal procedures involved, the renaming of individual subsidiaries is being executed gradually.
Our strategy dictates that all subsidiaries currently containing "Unifiedpost" in their name will be transitioned to one of the following new naming conventions, based on their core function:
Banqup for payment entities and branches
Banqup Solutions for platform or document-focused legal entities
Banqup NXT for development hubs or innovation centers
Because of this necessary phase-by-phase approach, you may still encounter invoices, contracts, or formal communications issued to or from entities that temporarily retain the "Unifiedpost" name. We anticipate finalising this comprehensive renaming process across all relevant subsidiaries throughout 2026.
This controlled, gradual approach ensures legal and operational continuity while we establish a globally consistent identity.
