Kit Digital
In 2022, the Government of Spain launched the 'Kit Digital' initiative through the Ministry of Digital Transformation. This initiative aims to support the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the self-employed.

If you have a business with up to 249 employees and want to obtain a subsidy of up to 100%* for a 12-month period for the Banqup Electronic Invoicing Solution, we assist you with the necessary procedures to request it within the framework of the Spanish Government's Kit Digital.

What is the Kit Digital?
The Kit Digital is a program aimed at SMEs and the self-employed, from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, to accompany them in their digital transformation process using European "Next Generation EU" funds within the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
This program has a total budget of 3.067 billion euros, to be executed between 2022 and 2023. Companies that apply can use these funds to finance the contracting of digital solutions, such as electronic invoicing services.
Electronic invoicing solutions you can request with your Kit Digital voucher
At Banqup, we are digitalizing agents for Electronic Invoicing solutions. As such, we are accredited to sign collaboration agreements with SMEs and the self-employed, providing all the necessary support.
In association with each of the plans detailed below, this is what we will do for you:

Set goals with you to be achieved and measure their success.

Requirements to obtain the digital voucher
Be a company or self-employed individual (between 0 and 249 employees).
Be registered in Acelera pyme and complete the digital self-assessment test for your company (explained in detail later).
Once the aid is granted, you will have 6 months to spend it on up to 5 services, each with a 1-year duration.
The subsidy covers up to 100% of the service costs.
The subsidy will be less than the minimum cost of implementing the package.
Meet the financial and effective limits that define the specific company categories.
Be officially registered (high status) and have the minimum seniority established by the specific call for applications.
Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law.
Not exceed the "minimis" aid limit (small amount aid).
