The e-invoicing mandate will require all French VAT-registered companies to issue and receive electronic invoices for all transactions with other VAT-registered entities established in France.
Following the DGFiP’s announcement on October 15, 2024, regarding the withdrawal of the PPF (Public Invoicing Portal) as an e-invoicing platform, companies must now register with an Accredited Platform (formerly known as a Partner Dematerialization Platform or PDP) of their choice to comply with the e-invoicing requirements.
